该剧故事始于1983年，内向的大学生染井苍在一家唱片店遇见了夏野凪，并被带到了凪的家中。在凪的积极追求下，他们很快坠入爱河，但就在即将结合之际，突如其来的雷击夺去了他们的生命。随后，故事的时代背景转到1999年，两人转生为高中生。接着到2025年……这是一部跨越三个时代的BL×转生故事。

This season following the events of Transwarped focused on the Autobots' attempt to reach Cybertron in order to warn the Autobot High Council of Shockwave, who has been masquerading as Autobot Intelligence Officer Longarm Prime. Meanwhile, Megatron, Starscream, Shockwave (who replaces Blitzwing as a main character), and Lugnut plan to use the colossal Autobot Omega Supreme for constructing clones of him (dubbed as Lugnut Supremes, as they appear similar to Lugnut).
